Code of Conduct

These rules apply to every member during Summer Hours. Summer Hours run every day, 6 AM to noon. No staff are on site, and your door code gets you in.

Access

  • Summer Hours are for members only. Your membership must be active and in good standing, and you must be 18 or older.
  • Book a bay before you arrive at thetipsgolf.golfoclock.com/reserve.
  • Your usual booking confirmation email now has an "unlock doors" button at the bottom. Use it at the door.
  • A second email from RemoteLock carries a 4-digit code. Use it if your phone has no reception at the door.
  • Both work from 15 minutes before your booked time until 15 minutes after it ends.
  • To stay longer, extend your booking in Golf O'Clock before your time ends.
  • Take your phone with you any time you step out, including to your car or the valet. The door locks behind you.
  • Your code is yours alone. Do not share it, and do not let anyone follow you in.
  • Confirm the door has closed fully behind you, coming and going.

Food and drink

  • Outside food and water are permitted. Other outside drinks are not permitted.
  • During Summer Hours, water and sports drinks are available to buy on the honor system.
  • The bar and kitchen are closed during Summer Hours. Alcohol is not permitted.
  • Smoking and vaping are not permitted.

In the bay

  • Everyone stands behind the golfer before a swing. Hit only from the hitting area.
  • The bar, kitchen, office, and storage areas are off limits.
  • Do not adjust the cameras, computers, or settings.
  • Keep noise at a reasonable level. The building has neighbors.

If something breaks

Stop using it and open Bay Help at thetipsgolf.com/help. Bay Help routes Trackman problems to Trackman's 24-hour support and everything else to The Tips. Do not attempt to repair equipment yourself.

Emergencies

For fire, injury, or immediate danger, call 911 first. Then call The Tips at 305-990-0424.

Before you leave

  • Take your belongings and your trash.
  • Leave the bay ready for the next player.
  • Confirm everyone has left and that the door locks behind you.

Cameras and enforcement

Cameras record the entrance, common areas, and bays, and door activity is logged. Summer Hours access may be paused or withdrawn for a violation of these rules.
