Indoor golf means real swings and real equipment. This waiver covers the risks, your responsibilities, and your agreement to participate.
Last updated June 2026By using the simulators, bays, and facilities at The Tips Golf, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this waiver. Please read it carefully before you play.
You understand that using The Tips Golf facilities, including the golf simulators, bays, clubs, and equipment, involves inherent risks. These include the risk of injury to yourself or others and damage to property, whether caused by your own actions, the actions of others in your party, or the ordinary use of the equipment. You voluntarily assume all such risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily release, waive, and discharge The Tips Golf LLC, its owners, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, or demands for injury, loss, or damage connected to your use of the facilities, including claims based on negligence.
You are fully responsible for any damage caused by you or anyone in your party to equipment, screens, furnishings, or property. You authorize The Tips Golf to charge the payment method on file for the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.
You confirm that you are physically able to participate. The Tips Golf does not have on-site medical personnel. In the event of an emergency, you authorize our staff to arrange emergency care on your behalf, and you accept responsibility for any related costs.
Guests under 18 must be supervised by an adult. A parent or legal guardian who brings a minor accepts full responsibility for that minor's participation and the associated risks, and agrees to these terms on the minor's behalf.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Tips Golf LLC and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your actions, your use of the facilities, or your failure to follow posted rules and staff instructions.
From time to time we photograph and film inside the venue. By visiting, you consent to the use of your image in The Tips Golf marketing and social media. If you prefer to opt out, let our team know during your visit or reach us through the Contact page.
This waiver is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida. If any part of this waiver is found unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in effect.
