Club Policy

Welcome to The Tips Golf. By creating an account, booking a simulator, or visiting our facility, you agree to follow the policies below.

1. Booking and Account Use

• All simulator bookings must be made through a registered account.
• You are responsible for any bookings made under your account.
• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid fees.
• Late cancellations and no-shows may result in charges or temporary booking restrictions.

2. Membership Terms

• Membership benefits such as free hours or discounts vary by tier and are subject to availability.
• These benefits are for individual use and cannot be transferred to others.
• We reserve the right to adjust membership perks at any time with notice.

3. Facility Use

• Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
• Sessions start at the booked time, regardless of arrival.
• Each bay accommodates up to 6 guests unless otherwise approved.
• Outside food and drink is not permitted. Our full bar and kitchen are available during operating hours.
• Please treat the facility, our staff, and other guests with respect at all times.

4. Safety and Responsibility

• All guests must use equipment responsibly. Swinging a club requires awareness of your surroundings.
• The Tips Golf is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of simulators or equipment.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to equipment, facilities, or property.

5. Age Policy

• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Alcohol service is restricted to guests 21 and over with valid ID.

6. Changes and Communication

• The Tips Golf may update this policy at any time.
• We will notify guests of material changes by email or through our booking platform.
